We are constantly being inundated with so much stimulation from the outside world that most of us are running on adrenalin.  We get used to moving fast, to handling what needs to be handled, and we forget to fill our own cup.

In this day long retreat, we will nourish our nervous systems with restorative practices and learn tools to listen to our body’s wisdom.  We will open our voices and experience the innate healing power of expressing through sound.  There will be moments of silence and stillness to rest within and moments of full body celebration. We will dance, we will draw and we will sing.

This is a come-as-you-are party and everyone is invited. All ages and abilities are welcome.

An all organic vegetarian lunch will be provided as well as tea and snacks.
